We support our contractors from the very beginning of the process, guiding you through registration and chasing your pay from the agency. Our Contractor Liaison Officers are on hand to go through any queries you may have and work hard to resolve any issues that may arise.
Every contractor we pay has to go through our compliance process during registration to ensure they can be paid. This makes sure that 100% of our contractors are 100% compliant.
You work hard and deserve to be paid correctly, on time and with the minimum of fuss. At Apex, we’re dedicated to making sure that happens without fail, each and every week.
We don’t believe that you should have to deal with hidden extra costs or legislation that you weren’t expecting, which is why we are clear upon registration what we charge and what is expected of you.
We always ask security questions before we’ll engage with you. If you don’t pass these questions, we won’t give any information out. This helps reduce fraud, safeguarding your information in the process.
