Gender pay gap reporting legislation requires that from 2017, any organisation that has 250 or more employees must publish and report specific figures about their gender pay gap. The gender pay gap is the difference between the average earnings of male and female employees, expressed relative to male earnings. As an employer who meets the criteria, we are required by law to carry out Gender Pay Reporting under the Equality Act 2010 (Gender Pay Gap Information) Regulations 2017.
